Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remaining days. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for downgrades or cancellations.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Requests beyond your plan limit will be rate-limited. Upgrade your plan for a higher quota, or contact us about Enterprise for higher limits.
Can I try EdgeDNS before paying?
Yes — the free tier gives you 200 requests per month with no credit card and no time limit. Use it to test the API and validate your use case before upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
